Miriya and her baby (still no name) had an uneventful weekend, aside from the usual scrapes that little Petit-chocochi are likely to get into... unexplained sickness, irritability when given medicine, that sort of thing. On Saturday, an anguished Osuchi owner reported that his baby osuchi went to bed with a mini-poop and a skull. (This, coupled with little tidbits scattered throughout the diaries and his homepage should give some indication as to what kind of personality he has...)
Meanwhile, I created bmps of the sick, angry, etc. Petit-Chocochi, and promptly lost them when I turned off the computer late at night before saving the bmps. D@ng.
I also created a new page! My brand-new Characters of Osuchi and Mesuchi page is... well, it's more of a memorial page for my past mesus than anything else, arranged according to "character". I've included stuff about their "personalities", their names, etc. It's largely incomplete... I need a couple of midis and animations to complete the page. But eventually I'd like to get something like a small-scale version of the Characters of Tamagotchi section.
Oh, and btw, here's another poem by Miriya, this one written just for today, since she will be leaving soon for Planet Tamagotchi:
Untitled
Although I do know
That the hour of parting
Will soon be at hand
I cannot help but feel joy
At the sight of your sweet face.
Wakare no hi
Kuru to wakaruga
Yasuragi wo
Wagako miru tabi
Kanjiteshimau...
Constructive criticism (ie, criticism that lets me know how I can improve stuff, as opposed to saying "You suck" "You ripped my poem off" or "Please don't ever inflict your poetry on us again") can be sent to twotone@snail-mail.net. Miriya and I look forward to hearing from you.
