For reasons I dare not speculate about (drunkenness? Lack of time?) I have just noticed that there doesn't appear to be a Osuchi/Mesuchi Diary entry for February 28th, despite the fact that there appears to be an HTML fragment indicating that it should exist.

Until I find the fragment again, this is a temporary page marking the spot where I should have written my February 28th entry.
