Irish Potato Bread


5/8 cup milk
1/4 cup potato water
3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup mashed potato
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

This recipe is used for bread machines. Add all wet ingredients, then all the dry ingredients. Add the yeast last. Cook according to machine directions for light or med crust. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
